OCT Angiography
OCT angiography represents a significant advancement in the monitoring of conditions such as macular degeneration and optic nerve disease. Emerging research as recent as December 2025 suggests that subtle changes in vascular patterns around the optic nerve may be detectable up to 18 months before measurable damage occurs.
